Helped Create Organizations Mission, Scope and Structure
Originally a joint project of the California Council of the Humanities and the Vesper Society, the Center for the Common Good (CCG) promotes public dialogue, reconciliation and action on issues of the common good throughout California. With support from numerous foundations, CCG has undertaken several community projects - from managing a year-long series of work sessions to assist mayors and other public officials in promoting high standards of public conduct, to facilitating consensus-building among numerous stakeholders in a joint effort by two counties to improve quality of community life. As an original Design Team member, Paths to Change helped create the mission, scope and structure of CCG; consulted to the Center on a periodic basis; assisted with content and process expertise for CCG projects.
