Leadership and Management Development Projects

Often the coaching process entails an assessment, and activites such as facilitating the leader’s problem-solving and providing counsel on challenging issues, working in collaboration with the leader and applying leading-edge models on leadership to craft an extensive Leadership Development Plan (a blueprint for enhancing leadership effectiveness over a 6–9 month period), offering ad hoc coaching on pressing issues as needed, and evaluating and renewing or continuously improving the overall process – if appropriate. One client commented on the Leadership Development Plan: "If I get two or three more gems like that in my life, I’ll be set – seriously."
